Digital Products: Refunds for digital products, including online courses, e-books, and downloadable materials, are not provided unless: A technical issue arises that prevents access or use of the product and The issue is reported promptly, and it cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Training and Coaching Services :A] No Refund requests for live or pre-scheduled training and coaching services B] Customized coaching packages, personal development plans, and any one-on-one sessions already conducted are non-refundable.
