Firstly, Happy New Year in Advance.

I have known, All successful people have failed at some point in their lives. Failure, or lack of success, is a learning experience. To create a passion-driven team, team leaders must teach their team members to move forward and learn from their mistakes.

While many companies say that employees are their greatest assets, they do not always treat them as such. Employee recognition programs do not have to cost much, but they can really boost employee morale. Management should provide a nurturing and encouraging environment to keep employees protected and help them feel celebrated.
