  • What tension are you willing to hold — rather than resolve — to serve long-term vision?

  • What message does your leadership need to communicate — not just say?

  • What is your team/system mirroring back to you about your own evolution?

  • What new truth are you now ready to articulate — first to yourself, then to others?
