🔴 P – PREPARE
Cultivating awareness and presence before diving into the client’s topic.
Level | Sample Questions |
ACC | What would you like to focus on today? What’s most important for us to talk about now? |
PCC | What outcome would make this conversation meaningful for you? What mindset or energy will best serve you in this conversation? |
MCC | Who are you being as you step into this conversation? What part of your deeper purpose is asking to be explored through this topic? |
🟡 R – RESPECT
Honoring the client’s values, beliefs, emotions, and wisdom.

ACC | What does this situation mean to you? How do you feel about what’s happening? |
PCC | What values are showing up for you in this situation? How are your beliefs influencing this challenge? |
MCC | What deeper truth is this situation reflecting back to you? Where are you being invited to lead with authenticity or vulnerability? |
🟢 I – IMPLEMENT
Facilitating conscious, aligned action based on client’s own insights.

MCC | What decision or action, if made from your highest self, would shift the system? How does this action reflect who you are becoming as a leader? |

Encouraging clients to give voice to their insights and integrate new awareness.

PCC | What awareness are you walking away with? How does this insight connect to your overall journey? |
MCC | What truth is surfacing that you haven't voiced before? What meaning are you making of this insight — in the context of your larger purpose? |

Supporting sustainable change and embodied integration.
